Our GOALS include providing cost-effective evaluations and individualized medical care that includes medication optimization, the thoughtful and limited use of selected invasive procedures and passive therapies, early recognition of delayed recovered factors, and institution of evidenced based medicine guidelines directed to functional restoration, normalization of life activities and rapid return to gainful employment. This approach is only effective when all parties are communicating and working together in a coordinated fashion.

FMG provides highly individualized and short-term intense medical care services for a limited number of injured workers with the following caveat/condition: All concerned parties (including the payer, attorneys and especially the injured worker) agree with the above stated goals.
